About This Service
A roof emergency doesn't wait for office hours. Storm damage, a sudden leak in the bedroom ceiling, tiles in the garden after high winds - we prioritise emergency call-outs and aim to attend within 24 hours across the full North East.
Our first job is to make the property safe and stop further water getting in. If we can carry out the full permanent repair on the same visit, we will. If not, we apply temporary weatherproofing the same day and return to complete the job as soon as possible.
We also provide the written reports and photographs you'll need for an insurance claim.
