About This Service
Fascias, soffits and bargeboards are what protect the edge of your roof from the weather. When they start to rot, you don't just get an eyesore - damp gets into the loft, pests find their way in, and over time the roof structure itself starts to suffer.
We replace fascias and soffits in modern low-maintenance uPVC across a wide range of colours and woodgrain finishes, or cap over sound timber if the underlying boards are still in good condition.
New uPVC guttering is included as standard with every fascia replacement, so the whole roofline is sorted in one go.

How We Work

We check whether the timber underneath is sound enough to cap over, or whether full replacement is the better option, and quote accordingly.
STRIP & FIT
Old boards removed, rotten timber disposed of safely, new uPVC fascia, soffit, bargeboard and guttering fitted.
TIDY & SIGN-OFF
Site cleaned down, debris removed, final check around the whole roofline before we leave.

Fascia and soffit jobs are priced by linear metre-run and complexity of access. A simple terraced front is the cheapest job; full wrap-around with bargeboards and new guttering on a detached house costs more. uPVC is the standard material; coloured and woodgrain finishes carry a small upcharge. Every quote is fixed and in writing.
